This is the second time we have used your geek friend, and I am immensely pleased and impressed. He is indeed friendly, professional, capable and the service is amazing from beginning to end. I wish I had found him years ago, and hope he continues for years to come, as I don't intend to go anywhere else for computing issues. What a find.

It was straightforward to book a drop off and explain the problem in person. Shaun was friendly and knowledgable. The service was fast, I was updated regularly, and it was equally straightforward to collect my laptop. My laptop runs beautifully again and I'm very happy.

My hinge needed to be repaired, so I went to multiple other shops nearby, and they overpriced the job by a lot. Some of them even said I needed new parts.
When I got there, he started with a relatively low price compared to the other repair shops and even cut the price down further after the job was done.
He also has a really intuitive system that lets you know when your repair is done, and he’s usually around the workshop after hours, so you can pick up your repair pretty late.
Overall, great service, fair pricing, and a really convenient repair process. I’d definitely recommend this place, def one of the best in Gloucester.
