Shaun came to the rescue when my laptop developed a fault at a critical time in my studies. He diagnosed the problem and speedily repaired it at a very reasonable price and with great communication. He will now be my go-to IT guy (although I hope I won't need him too much) and I have no problem in recommending him.

Recommended to use Shaun and I wasn't disappointed. From request to fix was a mere 24 hours. He was friendly, uncomplicated and easy to deal with. A fair price for the job as you are paying for technical knowledge of an independent trader and I would certainly recommend his services. Mine was a boot up issue, something I am sure is the norm for him to fix but the speed the matter was resolved was pleasing for me. I would certainly use again if I need to. I do not normally post reviews but for the service and speed it was needed to be done.

Shaun has been my go-to for any computing issues for at least 10 years now. Whenever I take a PC or laptop to him, he manages to turn it around in reasonable time for larger issues and very quickly for smaller ones. Has managed to get me up and running recently including saving information from my downed pc that was beyond economical repair.
