Most people just want to know what it might cost, how long it could take, where to bring it, and whether they’re covered if the same problem comes back. I’ll keep things straightforward, explain what I find, and help you decide what makes sense.

I’ll give you clear pricing before repair work goes ahead. If something needs more investigation, I’ll explain that too, so you’re not left guessing.
How long will it take?
Some jobs are quick. Others need testing, parts or a bit more patience. I’ll give you a realistic idea once I’ve seen what’s going on.
Is it easy to drop off?
You can bring your computer to the Gloucester workshop, with free parking. Handy if you’re carrying a desktop PC, monitor or a bag full of mystery cables.
Is the work guaranteed?
Most repair work includes at least 90 days’ warranty on the work carried out, so if the same repair-related issue comes back, you’re not just left on your own.
