Shaun puts faith back into humanity 12/10 service ⭐️

I bought a gaming computer for my 11 year olds birthday online ( i have no clue about computers) when it arrived the day of his birthday I attempted to set it up while he was at school so he could have it when back and the computer was broken, worthless present as it stood, son would of been gutted.

I found your geek friend online and went straight there at 1pm, I was picking my lad up at 3pm, I explained what happened. Shaun stopped everything else he was doing and managed to fix it in time, and not only that, he didn’t even want to charge me full price for the fantasic service he did.

2 hours after just turning up at the shop door i was back round collecting my 11 years olds working gaming PC. This not only made his day but mine to, just to see the smile on his face.

Can not thank Shaun enough, please use his service, its second to non, and he is an amzing person aswell.

Outstanding customer service, Shaun fit me in so quickly and looked/sorted my computer within 24 hours! Shaun himself was so lovely and kept me up to date and also went out of his way to look up some things online for me and send me his recommendations,

Shaun was amazing, absolutely a professional! He was really helpful with my PC problem, solved everything that I asked for, also did a deep clean from the inside just in 3 days. Hi
I have just returned home to Australia. While in the UK my new laptop power supply failed. Shaun verified the PS had failed and that he did not have the correct one in stock. His help did not stop there. He went on line and found the correct item for me at a nearby dept store. He printed out the items details complete with directions to the store. Did you notice he fixed 2 problems. The first one was my inability to access my computer. The second one was the computer not able to charge its battery.

I had a serious Windows boot issue, and entering BIOS wasn’t straightforward due to multiple boot complications. I handed my laptop over to Shaun, who took the time to thoroughly inspect and troubleshoot it. Despite several initial boot fix attempts not working, his persistence and expertise shone through. He ultimately revived my old laptop by installing a fresh copy of Windows using his *own spare 1TB HDD and an additional 4GB RAM*—giving it a completely new life.

I truly appreciate the *dedication, patience, and technical skill* Shaun demonstrated throughout the process. Thank you for going the extra mile! ❤️

Having had major problems with my laptop computer, I was given the contact details for Shaun. I have to say I could not have had a better service! He was increcibly quick, he kept me informed of the problems and how he coukd deal with them and the costs if each to rrpair. His customer service was
