Workshop drop-off

No need to call. Pick a time and bring it in.

This booking system is just a quick way to let me know you're coming. Pick a slot that suits you, fill in a couple of details, and turn up at the workshop. No phone calls, no hassle.

Checklist

What to bring

  • Laptops: Bring the laptop and its charger.
  • Desktop PCs: Just the main tower unit. I have all the necessary power cables and display leads here.
  • All-in-One PCs: Bring the main screen unit and the laptop-style power brick if it uses one.

Please leave keyboards, mice, and carrying bags at home unless they are directly related to the fault.

Data Backup Policy

Your data is your responsibility. While I take every possible precaution to keep your files safe during a service, please ensure you have a backup of your important files before handing over the machine.

If you need me to back up your data before starting work, I can do this for an additional charge. You will need to provide a suitable external drive, or I can supply one for you at cost.
