When I got there, he started with a relatively low price compared to the other repair shops and even cut the price down further after the job was done.
He also has a really intuitive system that lets you know when your repair is done, and he’s usually around the workshop after hours, so you can pick up your repair pretty late.
Overall, great service, fair pricing, and a really convenient repair process. I’d definitely recommend this place, def one of the best in Gloucester.

Once again Shaun has come to the rescue with superb service, restoring at short notice my computer to full function after the hard drive gave up. While he was about it he cleaned up the soft ware and added an improved anti virus system, and brought my back up machine up to speed. I have already recommended him to contacts who will appreciate excellent value.
My Geek Friend lives up to his name. He has been most helpful and prompt in his service, and I could not recommend him more highly.
Another marvellous job done by Shaun to upgrade my PC from Vista to Windows 7, add extra RAM, clean-up and install latest security updates from Windows all for a bargain price. I am just so glad I found him because he is so helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.
We used YGF Just before Easter 2019, Shaun was fantastic texting my husband every step of the way. Even allowing me to pick up the machine on good Friday, as i had to travel away to a funeral on the day it was ready. I cannot recommended this business highly enough and have already told a friend who needs help.
