Absolutely amazing work carried out by Shaun. Very nice to talk to and share some knowledge. I was nervous dropping off my computer as it was the first time leaving something like that with someone else, but I am very glad I did it. Would definitely recommend to anyone with any computing issues. 10/10.

I contacted Shaun with an urgent request for help as my laptop had shut down completely and was stuck in a “boot loop.” I dropped my device off and Shaun got to fixing it for me. He repaired it and now its working perfectly. If you want great service, a very understanding individual (not someone who judges for your lack of knowledge) and all a great price, then this is the place to go.

Excellent service from Shaun. My laptop was not booting up and Shaun sorted the issue out and replaced the faulty chip and I had my laptop back the next day. Would not hesitate to use Shaun again for any issues with my computers. Laptop returned fully serviced and like new. Great job.

I had a Dell Desktop that had slowed to a stop. A computer shop offered an all-inclusive price but with no details of what they’d do. I returned to Google reviews, was impressed by the reviews for ‘Your Geek Friend’ so visited Shaun. He recommended a new solid state drive and did the necessary work. I thought the price was very reasonable. I then found that I couldn’t access my inbox because I’m a computer novice. Shaun fixed this for me, and I was really grateful, but refused to accept anything for his time. More recently he’s fixed another problem for me. Excellent service. I’d absolutely recommend him.
