Some interesting features have just been added to facebook
1. choose to allow people that are not friends to ‘subscribe’ to your wall posts
How: On your own profile page, under your profile picture, click ‘Subscriptions’ then follow the prompts to enable people who are not on your friends list to see your wall posts
2. you can now ‘tone down’ what you get notified about a persons activity ie, choose not to be notified about their game activity etc
How: go to the persons profile page, click ‘Subscribed’ & untick options you don’t want to see
