I bought a gaming computer for my 11 year olds birthday online ( i have no clue about computers) when it arrived the day of his birthday I attempted to set it up while he was at school so he could have it when back and the computer was broken, worthless present as it stood, son would of been gutted.

I found your geek friend online and went straight there at 1pm, I was picking my lad up at 3pm, I explained what happened. Shaun stopped everything else he was doing and managed to fix it in time, and not only that, he didn't even want to charge me full price for the fantasic service he did.

I have just returned home to Australia. While in the UK my new laptop power supply failed. Shaun verified the PS had failed and that he did not have the correct one in stock. His help did not stop there. He went on line and found the correct item for me at a nearby dept store. He printed out the items details complete with directions to the store. Did you notice he fixed 2 problems. The first one was my inability to access my computer. The second one was the computer not able to charge its battery.

I had a serious Windows boot issue, and entering BIOS wasn't straightforward due to multiple boot complications. After spilling (a lot) of water all over the keyboard of my new laptop, I got in contact with Shaun to see if he could help. He was incredibly quick at getting back to me and managed to fit me in the next day to check over my laptop. He also sent me some instructions to try and help the situation. Shaun was incredibly professional and so kind. By some miracle my laptop was okay and Shaun was able to clean the insides of my devise and check everything was okay. My laptop became corrupt after a windows update i heard good things about Shaun and thought i would try him, he sorted it by re-flashing the laptop, backed up my data, drivers then reloaded windows 10 and put data back on. I was so pleased with the work i returned with an older laptop, Shaun updated windows from 7 to 10, changed a faulty DVD drive and fitted a solid state hard drive to speed things up. All of the above for an agreeable price. I purposely left this review for a while to see how things went, yes i am more than satisfied and i would recommend Shaun and will be using him again.

I had a problem with my laptop - it wouldn't boot up no matter what solutions I tried.
Having dropped it off at Shaun's he quickly diagnosed that the BIOS was corrupted. He kept me updated with what the problem was and what needed to be done. 24 hrs later I had the laptop back in perfect working order.

My son accidentally spilled Lucozade over my laptop which meant it wouldn't even turn on. I contacted a few shops but they all said the damage from the sugar would have ruined the motherboard and it was beyond repair. I wanted to at least salvage the data. I had a slow old laptop that I was thinking of throwing away and buying new. Shaun assessed it over the phone and then offered to look at it for free before advising me properly. I dropped it round to him at 5.00 pm and within a few hours he had diagnosed it and provided a couple of options with quotes. He works from home, but by god has he got a lovely set up. And most importantly you can see he enjoys what he does. I reckon the bloke has got it made ! And he deserves too as well.

I had my 2 laptops serviced by a computer guy and he had them for 2 days and charged me a ridiculous amount. 2 days later my laptops were in worse condition than begore. I had to source someone decent. Shaun was recommended to me so i trusted him to fix. Shaun sorted in 24 hours, upgraded security, removed pop ups, serviced and cleaned as good as new. Both laptops are still going strong. Highly recommended. You wont get top service like this anywhere else. Previously my 2 laptops were in the hands of another laptop repairer. Do you research first I had to take them to Shaun to undo what the previous guy has messed up. I now refer everyone i know to him. Thankyou Shaun. Really really pleased.
