Avast is saying Trojan Horse blocked HTML: redirME-inf [Trj] false positive?

Avast has just downloaded its latest update 110411-1

2 of my workshop PC’s are now kicking off that every webpage I visit has a HTML:redirME-inf [Trj] trojan

A full scan is saying that every html page stored on the PC has it too, surely this is a false positive?
